Leeks-garden pea salad
Salad from garden peas, leeks, lamb's lettuce and capers.

Wash the leeks, cut into pieces of 3 cm and cook for 6 minutes until tender. Cook the garden peas for the last 2 minutes. Drain in a colander.

Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Put the leeks and garden peas in a large bowl. Spoon with the lamb's lettuce, capers, oregano and oil.

Season with pepper and salt.
