Green beans with hazelnut dressing
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: shelled hazelnuts, garlic (peeled), parsley (in coarse pieces), extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar and green beans (cleaned).

Sprinkle hazelnuts in a dry frying pan until golden brown and allow to cool. Mix hazelnuts together with garlic and parsley in a small bowl of food processor or grind in mortar. As the machine turns oil, it gradually drips. Mix in vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook beans in 7-8 min. Cook and drain until cooked. Dress hazelnut dressing with warm green beans and serve.
