Green cabbage rolls with fish and shrimps
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, pangasius fillet (fish), boemboe for ajam paniki (spice mix), bowl 125 g), fresh coriander (the leaves coarsely cut), spring onions ((3 pieces), thin rings), ice-cream prawns ( (125 g), rinsed and drained), green cabbage (leaves), sweet chilli sauce (250 ml bottle), peanuts (salted and finely chopped).

Ingredients
- 250 g pangasius fillet fish
- 40 g Bumbu spice for ajam paniki spice mix), container 125 g
- 3 twigs fresh coriander the leaves are roughly cut
- 1 bag bunch onions (3 pieces), in thin rings
- 1 tray ice shrimp (125 g), rinsed and drained
- 4 great green coal leaves
- 6 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce bottle of 250 ml
- 2 tablespoons peanuts salted, finely chopped

Grind the pangasius fillet finely in the food processor.

Mix with the Bumbu spice ajam paniki, coriander, spring onion, shrimp and salt to taste.

Boil the coals for 2 minutes in plenty of water with a lot of salt.

Allow the softened leaves to cool, pat dry and cut away the thick grain.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Place a quarter of the filling on the thickest part of each cabbage and make a roll that you fix with a skewer.

Put the coals in the dish, pour some water, cover with the foil and leave in the oven in 20 minutes until cooked and firm.

Meanwhile, mix the chili sauce with the peanuts.

Take the cabbage rolls out of the oven, let them cool slightly and cut them diagonally in half.

Serve with the chili sauce..
