Try this delicious green salad with warm Swiss cheese croutons
Beat the mustard, vinegar, oil and honey a smooth dressing and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oven grill. Remove the leaves of lettuce and chicory. Wash and dry them and shake them with the apple slices.
Place the slices of bread on the baking sheet and sprinkle with the cheese. Grind a little pepper and put the griddle right under the grill.
Meanwhile, pour the dressing through the salad and spread the salad over four plates.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven as soon as the cheese has melted. Cut the slices of bread into points. Serve immediately.
