Green sushi tray with crispy tofu and nori


Bowl filled with sushi rice, sushi vinegar, tofu, sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce, cucumber, seaweed salad, nori and soya beans.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Put in a large bowl and stir in the vinegar. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. Let the tofu drain in the meantime. Cover a bowl with a clean tea towel and crumble the tofu above it. Press out as much moisture as possible using the tea towel.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the tofu for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  4. Peel and grate the ginger in the meantime. Add to the tofu together with the soy sauce. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and salt.
  5. Meanwhile cut the cucumber into slices and cut the nori sheet into pieces.
  6. First divide the rice and then the tofu, cucumber, nori, seaweed salad and soy beans over the bowls. Serve with extra soy sauce.
