Wholemeal bread with egg, herb salad, arugula and cocktail shrimp.

Boil the eggs in 6½ min. Semi-soft. Scary under cold running water, peel and cut into parts.

Meanwhile, heat the grill pan. Cut 2 thicker slices of bread per person.

Brush both sides with the oil and grill the slices in 2 parts in approx. 6 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway.

Halve the knolook and rub the sliced slices of bread with the cut surface.

Arrange this successively with Twente herb garden salad, the arugula, cocktail shrimp and egg wedges. Season with pepper.
