Grilled chicken skewers with capers-limo dip
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, limes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary (bag of 20 g), finely chopped), garlic (squeezed), dried chili peppers (crumbled or ground from mill), chicken fillet (in 16 long thin bars) ) and capers (finely chopped).

Press out both limes.

Stir in half a lime juice with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, rosemary and garlic.

Season the marinade with the chili pepper.

Spoon the chicken fillet through the marinade and let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Stir in a dip of the remaining olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lime juice.

Add the capers and season with salt and (chili) pepper.

Thread the chicken fillet onto the skewers.

Heat a grill pan and roast the chicken skewers in about 5 minutes until golden brown and done; turn them 2 or 3 times.

Serve 2 chicken skewers per person or serve all chicken skewers on one large dish, and add the capers-lime dip..
