Grilled farmer's back with asparagus salsa
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, shallots (finely chopped), white wine vinegar, white asparagus (freshly cooked or 1 can of asparagus (270 g)), fresh parsley (finely chopped), olive oil, arugula (lettuce 75 g) and farmer's ham ( 1 cm thick).

Season in shallots shallot for 5 minutes in vinegar. Cut asparagus into pieces. Asparagus, parsley, 3 tbsp olive oil and to taste salt and pepper mix with shallots. In a bowl, mix arugula with the remaining olive oil.

Stick ham on greased grate on each side for 2 min. Grilling. Paste ham on four plates and create salsa. Distribute rocket on plates. Delicious with potato salad with mustard.
