Grilled prawns with cajun coffee rub

Mix in a bowl the sugar with all spices and coffee. Heat the oil in a frying pan on a high setting, put the coffee rub in the pan and fry in half a minute.

Then add the prawns and fry in about 5 minutes until tender and golden brown. Sprinkle the shrimp with the chives and serve with a lemon wedge.
