Grilled salad caprese
Salad of vine tomatoes, lettuce, paprika, basil and mozzarella grilled on the barbecue.

Light the barbecue.

Halve the tomatoes and cut the heads each in 6 parts. Halve the peppers, remove the stalk and seedings and cut the flesh into coarse pieces.

Sprinkle the vegetables with the oil.

Grill the tomatoes for 2 minutes on the cutting edge on the hot barbecue. Gril also the cuts of lettuce and the pepper pieces 2-3 min.

Place the grilled vegetables on a flat dish and drizzle with the vinegar. Tear the leaves of basil into large pieces and sprinkle over the vegetables.

Tear the mozzarella into pieces and spread over the salad. Drizzle with the rest of the oil.
