Grilled tartar with baby potatoes and spinach
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (a 450 g), garlic (in slices), dried thyme, olive oil, paprika, tomato ketchup, tartar, onion (finely chopped) and ready-to-eat spinach.

Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.

Mix the potatoes in a baking tin or low oven dish with the garlic, the thyme, (sea) salt and (freshly ground) pepper to taste and 2 tbsp olive oil.

Bake the potatoes in the oven in 20-25 minutes until golden brown and done.

Mix 2 tbsp olive oil with the paprika, the ketchup and salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the tartar tarts all around with this mixture and roast them in a hot grill pan in 4-6 minutes beautiful brown on the outside and rosé inside.

In the meantime, stir the remaining oil in a stirring stir fry the onion for 2 minutes.

Add the spinach in portions and stir-fry until the leaves have shrunk.

Season the spinach with salt and pepper.
