Grilled tofusaté
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, sweet soy sauce, oil, sambal oelek, garlic (finely chopped), ground cumin (djinten), tofu naturel ((375 g), drained and diced), egg noodles, leeks (in strips), fresh coriander ((a 15 g) and finely chopped).

Marinade: mix the sweet soy sauce, 1 tbsp oil, the sambal, the garlic and the cumin.

Dab the tofu dry and scoop the cubes through the marinade. Marinate the tofu in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes; scoop occasionally.

Cook the instructions according to the instructions on the package. Thread the tofu cubes on the skewers. Keep the marinade separate.

Heat a grill pan and fry the tofusaté in 6-8 min. Around golden brown. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the leeks 5 min. Add the noodles and the tofu marinade and warm for 1 min. Serve with the coriander.
