Gypsy schnitzel with stewed peppers
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, zucchini, pepper mix, liquid margarine, garlic, white wine, mini-jars (barbecue, a 425 g), gipsy zucchini (pack a 2 pieces) and lemon.

Clean zucchini and cut into slices.

Clean peppers and cut into strips.

Fry 2 margarine in pan and fry zucchini and paprika for 3 minutes.

Squeeze the garlic on top and fry for 1 min.

Add wine and bake for 2 minutes on high heat.

Cover pan, turn over low heat and vegetables in 10 min.

Heat 3 margarine in casserole and bake the potatoes according to the instructions for use.
