Haddock fillet with saffron sauce


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, fish fillet (380 ml), haddock fillet ((2 bowls at 250 g), in 4 pieces), white wine, onion (in 6 parts), butter (in pieces), broad beans (300 g) , frozen), whole saffron (a 0.05 g) and whipped cream (125 ml).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Pour the fish stock in a saucepan and reduce to a little more than half on low heat.
  3. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour 100 ml water and 100 ml white wine into an oven dish.
  5. Put the onion and fish in it, spread the butter over it and place the dish in the oven.
  6. Cook for 8 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, cook the green beans according to the instructions on the packaging.
  8. Drain, allow to cool slightly and remove the light green coats around the beans with a sharp knife.
  9. Add the remaining wine, the saffron and the whipped cream to the cooked fish stock and leave to boil until the fish can get out of the oven.
  10. Add the dipped green beans to the sauce 1 minute before serving.
  11. Divide the fish over 4 plates and pour the sauce.
