Preheat the oven to 200 ˚C.

Meanwhile, cut the unpeeled potatoes into French fries of approx. 1 cm thick.

Spread over a griddle covered with parchment paper, scoop with the olive oil and season with salt.

Roast in the middle of the oven in 40 min. Until golden brown and done. Change regularly. Meanwhile cut the chicken into strips of ½ cm.

Slice the garlic and mix with the al-andaluz, the oil, pepper and possibly salt through the chicken strips. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, finely chop the rest of the garlic and mix with the mayonnaise and sambal through the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the chicken strips in 10 min. Over medium heat. Grate the cheese.

Place the fries in the oven dishes and spread the chicken strips over it. Sprinkle with the cheese and leave to gratin in the oven for 10 min.

Meanwhile, halve the to. Halve the cucumber in the length. Remove the seeds with a teaspoon and cut the flesh into slices.

Take the dishes out of the oven and spread the lamb's lettuce, to and cucumber over it. Sprinkle with the garlic sauce.
