Hairdressing chicken with airfryer potato slices
Homemade hair salon with chicken, potato slices for the airfryer, mint, yogurt, avocado, iceberg lettuce, parsley and chicken mince.

Prepare the potato slices according to the instructions on the packaging in an airfryer.

Slice the garlic and the leaves of the fresh mint. Mix with the yogurt and yoghurt mayonnaise into a garlic sauce.

Season with pepper and salt.

Halve the avocados, remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh. Cut into cubes of 1 cm.

Cut the lettuce into strips. Slice the parsley.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the minced meat in 6 minutes until tender and done. After 3 minutes add the lepepper and possibly salt.

Divide the potato slices over the trays (or plates). Divide the lettuce, minced meat and avocado in succession.

Crumble the feta and spread with the garlic sauce over it. Sprinkle with the parsley.
