Special Halloween pokébowl with sushi rice, rice vinegar, avocado, norivel, carrot, salmon, soybeans, surimi and red cabbage.

Directions

  1. Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package. Stir in the rice vinegar and leave to cool for 2 hours.
  2. Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut into thin slices.
