Special Halloween pokébowl with sushi rice, rice vinegar, avocado, norivel, carrot, salmon, soybeans, surimi and red cabbage.

Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the package. Stir in the rice vinegar and leave to cool for 2 hours.

Cut the avocado half in half. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel. Cut into thin slices.

Form with the hands of the rice 8 ovals, these become the ghost bodies.

Cut out of the nori sheet 16 small ovals (the eyes) and 8 large ovals (the mouth). Stick the eyes and mouths on the ghosts.

Put 2 ghosts in each half deep plate against the edge.

In components, divide the carrot julienne, salmon, soybeans, surimi and red cabbage in a round next to the ghosts.

Place the avocado slices in the middle of the plate.
