Fast indian fish curry with broccoli
A tasty quick to prepare main course. Indian curry with coleslaw fillet and broccoli.
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Thaw the coalfish fillet in the microwave for 4 minutes. Cut the fish into cubes.
Clean the broccoli and divide into small florets. Peel the stems and cut into slices. Peel and chop the onion.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion. Add the curry paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add the fish, broccoli, whipped cream and the water.
Bring the curry to the boil, cover the dish and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve the curry with the rice.
