Fusilli with green beans and tuna


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steak (frozen, a 2 pieces), fusilli (pasta), anchovies (50 g), sundried tomatoes (320 ml), green beans (frozen, bag a 1 kilo) and sunflower oil.

Directions

  1. Allow tuna to thaw in 4 hours at room temperature.
  2. Dry the tuna.
  3. Prepare fusilli according to instructions.
  4. Pour anchovies and cut into pieces.
  5. Drain tomatoes and cut into pieces.
  6. Fry green beans according to instructions for use.
  7. Heat 3 tbsp sunflower oil in frying pan and cook tuna steaks in 7 min.
  8. Brown on both sides.
  9. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  10. Add 2 tbsp oil, tomatoes and anchovies to green beans.
  11. Add pepper to taste.
  12. Mix the fusilli with green beans mixture and distribute on four plates.
  13. Place tuna on pasta..
