Mussels with coriander and garlic
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mussels, garlic, fresh coriander (15 g), lemon and olive oil (extra virgin).
Wash mussels thoroughly in a container with cold water. Broken shells and shells that do not close after tap on the counter. Garlic peel and finely chop. Clean the lemon well and cut into slices. Cut slices into quarters. Top fine cut coriander above bowl.
In a large pan, bring mussels with garlic, lemon and 1 1/2 dl of water to the boil. Mussels covered in 5 to 8 minutes cook over high heat until all the shells are open, shake off occasionally. Rub coriander and oil with mussels. Tasty with baguette and fresh salad.
