Indian vegetable cookies with raita
A nice Indian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: sunflower oil, oriental wok vegetables (frozen, 750 g), lentils (400 g), flour, curry powder, sugar, eggs, milk, almond shavings (45 g) and raita (250 ml).
Heat 2 liters of oil in woks and stir-fry vegetables for 3 minutes.
Drain the lentils well.
In wide-scale flour, mix 1 1/2 tsp salt, curry powder, sugar, eggs and half of milk and stir until very thick batter.
Little by little add remaining milk.
Create wok vegetables, lentils and almonds.
Heat residual oil in a large frying pan.
Fry a couple of gravy spoons full of vegetable mixture next to each other in a pan and cook vegetable biscuits over and over in about 4 min.
Brown and cooked.
Remove from pan, drain on kitchen paper (if necessary keep oven warm at 120 ° C) and keep baking.
Put warm vegetable cookies on 4 plates and add raita..
