                            Ham cheese stew with leek
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: slightly crumbly potatoes (1.5 kg), butter, leek (in rings), curry powder, young cheese ((piece), sliced), shoulder ham (in strips) and milk (warmed up).

                                Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in plenty of water for 20 minutes until done.

                                Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet and bake the leek for 4 minutes on medium heat. Add the curry and cook for 1 min. Cut the slices of cheese into strips and add to the leek together with the ham.

                                Drain the potatoes and pour the milk. Stamp with a puree rammer to a coarse puree. Add the leek mixture and mix with the puree. Season with salt and pepper. Tasty with boiled carrots.
