Ham with paksoi and parsley sauce
Preheat the oven to 190ºC. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the ham around light brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the meat in a roasting tray or baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and put in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
Heat the butter and fry the onion.
Stir in the flour and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the milk into portions with stirring until the sauce binds. Stir in the parsley, lemon juice, mustard and cooking cream. Keep the sauce warm.
Heat the rest of the oil in a stirring stir fry in this pack for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the leg ham into thick slices. Serve the ham with the parsley sauce and bok choy.
Tasty with cooked potatoes.
