Uncrust the slices of bread and crumble them (in the food processor).

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion over low heat for 3 minutes.

In a bowl, knead the breadcrumbs, the onion, the egg and the mustard through the mince. Season with salt and pepper.

Form of the minced meat mixture, equal to the number of people, large, thick burgers.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake the burgers in approx. 10 min. Brown and done, turn occasionally.

Heat a grill or frying pan. Cut the bread roll open and grill the cut surfaces in the hot (grill) pan until golden brown.

Cut the tomato into slices. Place leaf (s) on the bottom spheres. Put the burgers on them and put some slices of tomato on them.

Cover with the top ball halves. Put the tomato ketchup and mayonnaise on the table.
