Directions

  1. Fry bacon in a frying pan with non-stick coating in about 3 minutes.
  2. Drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Cook bacon and brown in approx.
  4. 6 minutes in bacon fat.
  5. Meanwhile, wash tomato and cut into slices.
  6. Cut open boulognebol and invest the bottom half with bacon, hamburger and slices of tomato.
  7. Create avocado dip and place the top half of bread on it..
