Hamburgers with goat cheese and sweet potato wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  2. Spoon the potato wedges on a baking sheet with the oil, paprika, salt and pepper. Slide in the top of the oven and bake until golden brown for about 20 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the rolls horizontally and grill them briefly if necessary. Brush the bottom halves with a little sauce and top with a few rings of paprika and leaves of lettuce.
  4. Heat a grill pan and bake the burgers on a high setting in a few minutes and brown. Put them on the buns and spread the goat's cheese over it. Sprinkle with the cress and put the caps on top.
  5. Divide the potato wedges over 4 plates and put the hamburger buns next to it. Serve with the rest of the lettuce and extra sauce.
