Grilled salmon with coleslaw
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, rice, sesame (roasted), sliced cabbage (300 g), radish (sliced), fresh mint (in strips), yoghurt dressing (bottle), wild salmon fillets (750 g, frozen), undried) and olive oil.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, roast the sesame seed in a dry frying pan until lightly browned.

Mix the pointed cabbage, the radish, the sesame seed and the fresh mint in a bowl with the salad dressing.

Brush the salmon fillets with the oil and sprinkle with (freshly ground) salt and pepper.

Heat the grill pan and grill the salmon fillets in 6 min.

Inside rosé and brown on the outside, turn halfway.

Divide the salmon fillets over 4 plates and add the rice and salad..
