Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan, sprinkle the hampen with salt and pepper and fry in golden brown around 10 min.

Take the meat out of the pan and leave covered under aluminum foil for another 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, halve the coals in the length, remove the hard end and cut the leaves into thin strips.

Divide 2½ orange into parts. Squeeze out the other ½ orange.

Heat the oil in a wok or skillet. Add the cabbage, ground ginger, pepper and possibly salt and stir-fry 3-4 min.

Mix the orange parts and juice through the cabbage.

Mix the honey and ketjapmarinadetot a sauce. Serve with the hampen, cabbage and rice.
