Ingredients
Directions
-
Dampen the cloth under running water and squeeze out well.
-
Put a colander on a bowl and cover the colander with the damp cloth.
-
Pour the yogurt into the colander. Let the yogurt drain for at least 4-5 hours. The longer the yogurt can drain, the thicker the hangop.
-
Meanwhile roast the oatmeal in a frying pan and the nuts are golden brown.
-
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sugar until the oatmeal and nuts are covered with a thin layer of melted sugar.
-
Scoop the raisins or dried cranberries through.
-
Sprinkle the mixture on a plate and let it cool.
-
Peel the mango with a peeler and cut the flesh into slices of the kernel. Cut the slices into coarse pieces.
-
Put half of the pieces of mango in straight glasses. Place a layer of hanging on top and smooth the top.
-
Place the rest of the mango on top and spoon the remaining hanging on it.
-
Sprinkle the homemade muesli.
