Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Cut the slices of puff pastry into 4 bars each.

Place a strip of bacon in the center of each bar of puff pastry and twist the ends tightly in the opposite direction into a spiral.
-
Always form 4 bars the number 2016 and put the numbers close together on the baking sheet.

Brush the strips with a little egg yolk and bake in the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown.
