  1. Cut the string beans into 2 cm slanted pieces. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the beans for 8 minutes on medium heat. Change regularly.
  2. Add the hoisin sauce and warm for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the nuts coarsely and sprinkle the string beans.
