Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
  2. Mix the oatmeal with the sunflower seeds, 3 tablespoons of honey, the oil and a pinch of salt. Bake in the oven in about 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
  3. Mix this granola with 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder and the finely chopped chocolate.
  4. In the meantime, mix the yogurt with hazelnuts, 1 tablespoon honey and a pinch of salt in a blender. Divide over bowls and scoop the granola.
  5. Place the pear slices, sprinkle with a little cocoa and serve immediately.
