Heat the butter and fry the onions.

Add the bacon patties and sausages, sprinkled with salt and freshly ground pepper, and fry them around light brown.

Pour in the stock and gently simmer for about 25 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Cook the potatoes with salt for about 10 minutes. Put the apples and pears on them and cook gently for about 10 minutes.

Drain the potatoes, apples and pears. Stir or stir in a coarse mass of salt, freshly ground pepper and cinnamon powder.

Serve with the bacon patties, sausages and onions. Add apple syrup and mustard.
