Herb salad with carpaccio and artichoke
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, almond shavings (a 45 g), artichoke hearts (drained (400 g)), olive oil, balsamic vinegar, rocket lettuce (80 g), Italian herbs, carpaccio (meat products) and bread (according to choice).

In a dry skillet, roast almond shavings until light brown and let cool on plate.

Dry artichoke hearts well and halve.

In frying pan artichoke halves in 1 tbsp oil around brown bowls.

Keep artichoke warm on low heat.

Stir in residues of oil and balsamic vinegar dressing and season with salt and pepper.

mix melange with herbs and half of dressing and divide into two plates.

Place slices of carpaccio with fried artichoke on salad.

Slice of dressing over salad drizzle and garnish with roasted almond shavings.

Serve with sliced bread..
