Beetroot salad with herring, onion, droop and apple.

Peel and halve the beetroot, cut into thin slices and put into a bowl.

Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core and cut the apples into thin slices lengthwise.

Cut the onion into thin half rings and add to the beetroot. Clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit.

Cut the dill finely. Stir in the grater and half of the dill, pepper and salt, if necessary, through the hanging cup.

Sprinkle the lemon juice over the beetroot salad and gently spoon over. Cut the herring into pieces of 2 cm and scoop through the salad.

Spread spoonfuls over them and sprinkle with the rest of the dill.
