Directions

  1. Heat frying oil in woks or casserole and fry vegetables in 5 minutes.
  2. Cut herring fillet into pieces.
  3. Mix vegetables, herring, potato salad and vinegar carefully.
  4. Season the salt and pepper salad to taste and scale to size.
  5. Cut tomatoes into slices.
  6. Garnish salad with tomato.
  7. Tasty with baguette..
