                                Heat frying oil in woks or casserole and fry vegetables in 5 minutes.

                                Cut herring fillet into pieces.

                                Mix vegetables, herring, potato salad and vinegar carefully.

                                Season the salt and pepper salad to taste and scale to size.

                                Cut tomatoes into slices.
 - 
                                Garnish salad with tomato.
