Herring potato salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, (sunflower) oil, Dutch stir-fry mix (400 g), smoked herring fillet (200 g), potato salad (1000 g), vinegar and tomatoes.

Heat frying oil in woks or casserole and fry vegetables in 5 minutes.

Cut herring fillet into pieces.

Mix vegetables, herring, potato salad and vinegar carefully.

Season the salt and pepper salad to taste and scale to size.

Garnish salad with tomato.
