Ingredients
- 125 gram unsalted butter
- 1 grated zest of the lemon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 forest curl parsley finely chopped
- 1 toe garlic pressed
- Sea salt
- Coarse pepper

- 4 Sun dried tomato finely chopped
- 1 little pot fresh basil finely chopped
- 1 toe garlic pressed
- Sea salt
- Coarse pepper
Kitchen Stuff
Directions

Allow the butter to reach room temperature in two mixing cups. Add all the ingredients and mix well with a fork.

Roll the butters in plastic or in white baking paper into a sausage.

Let the butter stiffen for an hour in the refrigerator until use.
