Roasted cauliflower florets with curry and almond
Cauliflower from the oven with almond shavings, curry powder and oil.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Spread the cauliflower in small florets and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and let drain well. Mix the oil with the curry and the salt.
Mix the cauliflower with the curry oil and spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Roast for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven. Spoon halfway. Divide the almonds over the cauliflower after 15 minutes.
