Homemade cauliflower burger with hummus
Burger made from cauliflower rice with gherkin, cheddar, hummus and American hamburger herbs.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Grate the cheese and mix with the cauliflower rice, flour, American hamburger herbs, the eggs and possibly salt in a large bowl.

With 4 hands, mold 4 burgers of the mixture and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake for about 25 minutes in the oven.
