Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a casserole and fry the onion and garlic.
  2. Add the masala herbs and fry the chicken bolts around golden brown.
  3. Add the potatoes and chicken broth, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Then add the green beans and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Peel the eggs.
  6. Heat the oil and fry the eggs on a high setting until brown bubbles appear.
  7. Serve the chicken, potatoes, green beans and eggs with the rotan pancakes.
