Vegan loaded fries japanese style
Vegan variation of the hair salon with fresh French fries, vegetarian chicken, vegan mayo, wasabi, lettuce with soybeans and ginger.
- 700 g fresh French fries
- 1 el sunflower oil
- 230 g Vegetarian Butcher kipstuckjes
- 1 tl shichimi togarashi
- 4 el Bâton vegan mayo jar, 235 g
- 2 tl wasabipaste
- 1 el tap water
- 180 g Sow soybeans radish and paksoi
- 1 el sushi ginger
- 4 el sweet chilli sauce
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Spread the fries over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake in the center of the oven in approx. 30 minutes until golden brown.
Heat the oil in a frying pan by the end of the frying time of the fries.
Cut the chicken pieces smaller and fry with the shichimi togarashi for 3 minutes on medium heat.
Mix the vegan mayo with the wasabi and the water.
First divide half of the lettuce and paksoi from the lettuce mix over the aluminum trays, then the fries.
Then divide the rest of the lettuce and bok choy with the soybeans and radish, and finally the chicken dumplings and ginger.
Divide the wasabimayo and chilli sauce over it and serve.
