A nice Moroccan recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: semolina, flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, olive oil, honey, orange and cinnamon stick.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Mix semolina with flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.
  3. Divide eggs.
  4. Beat egg yolks with oil and honey (keep 4 tablespoons separate for syrup).
  5. Mix the egg mixture with a semolina mixture.

  7. Give the batter in greased baking tin.
