Honey-semolina cakes with orange syrup
A nice Moroccan recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: semolina, flour, baking powder, salt, eggs, olive oil, honey, orange and cinnamon stick.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.

Mix semolina with flour, baking powder and pinch of salt.

Divide eggs.

Beat egg yolks with oil and honey (keep 4 tablespoons separate for syrup).

Mix the egg mixture with a semolina mixture.

In fat-free bowl, whisk the egg and fold lightly through semolina batter.

Give the batter in greased baking tin.

Cake in the middle of oven in approx.

25 minutes until tender and lightly browned.

Season orange peels and peel finely.

Squeezing orange.

Stir in orange juice with grater, cinnamon stick and honey left to syrup.
