Chicken dish with bacon cubes, tomatoes and peppers

Directions

  1. Remove the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. Cut the pepper into strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake the bacon cubes. Scoop the onion and garlic through and fry gently in 3-4 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle the paprika powder over it. Spoon the frying sticks through the onion mixture and cook for another 5 minutes. Scoop occasionally.
  4. Add the tomato, paprika and thyme to the chicken and cook for 1 min. Season with salt and pepper and add the stock.
  5. Cook with lid on the pan the chicken in 15-20 min. Gently cooked.
