Ice bomb
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: ice cream (strawberry cheesecake, a 500 ml), sorbet ice cream forest fruits (500 ml) and whipped cream (whipped).

Let the ice in the refrigerator slightly soften. Spoon the ice cream into a narrow, high round dish and spread it thickly along the walls of the dish, so that a cavity forms in the middle. Fill the cavity with sorbet ice cream and place the dish in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

Dip the bottom of the dish briefly into a container with hot water and pour the ice bomb on a bowl. Brush the ice cream bomb with whipped cream and insert some starlets. Turn the bombe 'light off' with the burning stars on the table.
