A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: whipped cream (a 125 ml), extra fine milk chocolate ((a 100 g), in pieces), strawberries ((a 250 g), crowns removed), red currants ((a 125 g), fermented ), raspberries ((a 150 g),), icing sugar, icecream ice cream fruits (a 875 ml, frozen) and choco nib (a 50 g).

Directions

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan to just below the boiling point. Let the chocolate melt from the fire while stirring. Allow to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the strawberries, the berries, the raspberries and the icing sugar.
  3. Divide the fruit over 8 glasses. Use the ice cream roll to add a bread roll of ice cream. Divide the chocolate sauce and the chococarpas each over 8 dishes and serve 2 dishes at each fruit salad.
