Rice cakes from ineke and mascha
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: raisins, rice (boiled), milk, eggs (whipped), flour, white caster sugar, cinnamon powder, sunflower oil and apple syrup.

Put the raisins in hot water for 2-3 minutes and then pat dry.

Mix the rice with the milk, eggs, raisins, flour, sugar and cinnamon into a smooth whole.

Heat a quarter of the oil in a frying pan with a non-stick coating and scoop three small portions of the rice mixture.

Fry the rice cakes in until golden brown and cooked until they are halfway through.

The mixture is sufficient for about 12 pieces.

Heat the apple syrup in the microwave for a few seconds (then it drips easily from the spoon) and drizzle some syrup over the rice cakes..
