Ice cream of kiwi with mint
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: sugar, kiwis (peeled), fresh mint and lime (extruded).

Heat 100 ml of water with the sugar until all the sugar has dissolved.

Allow to cool.

Cut 2 kiwis into small pieces and puree the rest of the kiwis with the sugar syrup, fresh mint and lime juice in a blender or with a hand blender.

Mix in the pieces of kiwi and spread over the ice cream molds.

Put a leaf of mint in each shape.

Put in the freezer and let it freeze in about 5 hours..
