Iceberg lettuce with oyster sauce
A nice Chinese recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, iceberg lettuce, stoneleeks (8 pieces), sesame oil (or stir-fry oil), black pepper (freshly ground) and oyster sauce.

Cut the iceberg lettuce halfway and cut halves into strips of 4 cm wide.

Cut stoneleeks into 5 cm pieces.

Heat in wok oil.

Stoneleeks stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add lettuce in parts and on high heat stirring in 4-5 minutes, the lettuce should remain clear green.

Season with pepper.

Do not overdo it in hot bowl and oyster sauce.
