Iceberg lettuce with oyster sauce


A nice Chinese recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, iceberg lettuce, stoneleeks (8 pieces), sesame oil (or stir-fry oil), black pepper (freshly ground) and oyster sauce.

Directions

  1. Cut the iceberg lettuce halfway and cut halves into strips of 4 cm wide.
  2. Cut stoneleeks into 5 cm pieces.
  3. Heat in wok oil.
  4. Stoneleeks stir-fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add lettuce in parts and on high heat stirring in 4-5 minutes, the lettuce should remain clear green.
  6. Season with pepper.
  7. Do not overdo it in hot bowl and oyster sauce.
  8. Delicious with fish dishes..
