Dab the fish dry. Divide them into slices and sprinkle them with lemon juice.

Rub 1 tablespoon of oil with onion, red pepper, trassi, garlic and djahé in a mortar into a paste or puree the ingredients in the food processor.

Fry this mixture for 2 minutes in another 1 tablespoon of oil.

Add the tomato paste, ketjapmarinadeen and the bouillon tablet and mix hot water to the desired sauce thickness.

Fry the fish for 2-3 minutes per side in the rest of the oil.
