Indian Tofu Curry With Herb Rice

Boil the rice according to the instructions. Cut the tofu into cubes. Clean the Chinese coal and cut into strips.

Add the mushrooms and cut into slices. Heat in a stirring oil and fry the tofu. Add the cabbages and mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the sauce and heat for 5 minutes. Finely chop the coriander and stir in the rice. Serve the rice with the curry sauce.
